Creating a scheduled outage from the node's page doesn't work
Description
An exception is thrown on the WebUI, but the scheduled outage entry is created.
Here is the weird thing. If I restart OpenNMS, it won't start, and the same exception is displayed on output.log.

This should be fixed with my latest merge to master.

I believe I have a fix for this. Depending on the version of JAXB in your JDK, and ordering of class-loading, it was possible for OpenNMS to load the JDK's JAXBContext rather than EclipseLink's. JaxbUtils has been modified to always use the EclipseLink JAXB context factory.
Unit tests are running now; I found lots of places where tests would fail because of EclipseLink's better validation and handling of JAXB properties, so I want to make sure they all pass before merging.

I've created a diiff between the original poller-configuration.xml (which is working), and the modified poller-configuration.xml generated after updating the scheduled outage (poller.diff).
