Map Menu is not listing all maps

Description

The map menu in the main menu bar is listing:
Topology
Geographical
SVG

The map page (the page you reach if you click on maps directly) lists:
Distributed
Topology
Geographical
SVG

Distributed is missing.

In 1.12.5 both lists contain distributed.

This was actually fixed during 14 bugfixes.

I'm not sure if it was fixed earlier but this is definitely fixed after the UI updates in 15. Marking as fixed.

I am also mising the distributed map on the menu but get it when clicking the header link Maps.

This effects me on 1.12.5. Se attached system report.
