rpm packages does not shutdown opennms on uninstall

Description

I was updating my install using yum update and noticed after the update had completed that the opennms java process was still running.

I would have expected the rpm packages to either should shutdown the running OpenNMS process or fail with it running to prevent this from happening.

I don't know of a convention that server software should shut down running processes during uninstallation on RPM-based systems. Marking as won't fix.
