Out of the blue, ONMS started exhibiting behavior where it frequently shows counter wraps for any new interfaces. Existing interfaces don't exhibit this behavior. It's only new interfaces and new nodes (after some arbitrary date I haven't been able to pin down) that this occurs on. The devices aren't resetting link. It affects different versions of netsnmp (CentOS5 and CentOS6).
This isn't an agent bug, as our other polling system doesn't show the anomalies (ergo, it's specific to OpenNMS).
