Separate VMware integration from Provisiond

The technical specific implementation for importing node information from an VMware infrastructure is hard coded in the OpenNMS core. To allow more flexibility by modifying and improving the integration it should be implemented in a similar way we have the OCS integration and using the ReST/XML infrastructure provided from OpenNMS.

This implementation would also users to map vCenter data into OpenNMS asset information like CPU, RAM, Harddisks or customized attributes from vCenter.

For collectd, it is currently not possible to separate the core functionality to persist performance metrics from a technical specification like SNMP, WMI or VMware.
