persist protocol used for discoved links

Description

Linkd uses different discovery strategy, each related to a specific protocol, using data from different snmp tables to get links. It is required that the link is saved with the protocol used to discover it

fix https://opennms.atlassian.net/browse/NMS-6245#icft=NMS-6245: persist protocol for linkd discovery

Added the protocol field to datalinkinterface table
let the linkd set properly this field to the
protocol used for discovery and finally
updated the jsp so that it is shown in gui
