Make the Provisioning Requisitions "Node Quick-Add" look pretty

Home / Admin / Provisioning Requisitions / Node Quick-Add (Available via the "Add Node" link in the title bar)

The "boxes" on the left hand side are all set to do a horizontal scroll bar if their contents grow beyond their boundaries. More space on the screen is taken up by the help/notes box on the right hand side.

I'm attaching a screenshot (with fonts reduced to fit the whole script) with the AngularJS version of the quick-add-node.

The main difference here is that the field for the foreign source is a type-ahead that requires to hit an existing requisition name.

If there are no requisitions the first time you go to that page, a pop-up will be shown to add a new requisition.

Once you add a new node, an alert box will be shown, and the form will be cleared to be ready for a new entry.

That's available now in foundation-2016.
