Remove deprecated per-instance SNMP-Informant graph definitions

Description

The following graph definitions have been deprecated since before the 1.6 release; the SNMP attributes that they reference have already been removed, so they no longer serve a useful purpose.

sinf.cpu{0,1,2,3,total}percent
sinf.diskfree{CDEtotal}

I'm removing them from the snmp-graph.properties.d/snmp-informant-graph.properties file.
