Outages appears to be not sorted on service.jsp (and probably interface.jsp)
Description
If you go to a service's page from the node's page, you'll see that the list of outages is not sorted (specially when the list is big). In some occasions I saw something similar on the interface's page.
I saw that the NodeOutagesController explicitly specifies the order style, but something like that is not being used on InterfaceOutagesController and ServiceOutagesController, which might be the reason of the problem.

Fixed on revision a447341d82e49f9fd9cdcf36ac9f842960e2ca0f for 1.10, and merged back into 1.12 on revision 270bf5ac4858ac84f095c551f9489a2383b5e5fa
