1) If a user makes a selection from the tree view or widget view, the topology should zoom to the select (current behavior)
2) If a user makes a selection within the graph it should not zoom, by default. However, we should come up with a way to "zoom to selection" if that is what they want to do. The reason for this is that I may be trying to make multiple selections in the graph at the current zoom and it is impossible to do that, now. I may want to drag those items to another location or take an action on multiple when I have just gotten the zoom to where I want it to be.
