Get details from a specific alarmId is redirecting to the wrong page.

Description

Go to Alarms, Then put a valid Alarm ID and hit "Get Details". It will redirect to:

http://localhost:8980/opennms/alarm/detail.jsp?id=XXX

Instead of

http://localhost:8980/opennms/alarm/detail.htm?id=XXX
