Remove the reset button on the login prompt.

Description

In webapplications there is quite a normal behavior to have a Login button, using tab enter hits reset, which causes unexpected use-ability.

I don't see this change in master and I don't see the commit hash in my git repo so I'm reopening the bug.

Also, after spot-checking amazon.com and gmail.com, they don't even have a reset button any more. I imagine that users hit the reset button.... never. We should probably just get rid of it.
