Default poller-configuration.xml specifies timeout, retry, port for SNMP-based services

Description

The poller-configuration.xml file in the default distribution includes "timeout", "retry", and "port" parameters for the "SNMP" and "Windows-Task-Scheduler". This leads to the poller overriding the values for those settings in the SnmpPeerFactory (~= snmp-config.xml) which is silly and wrong.

Also affected are several services in the equivalent file in etc/examples.
