Filter alarms by category

Description

As per RT #1802, we would like to be able to filter alarms by a category name.

http://www.opennms.org/documentation/java-apidocs-stable/org/opennms/web/alarm/filter/package-summary.html

suggests that categories are not presently on the list of supported filters for alarms. We are presently using 'nodenamelike' and putting a 'magic string' in the node name, but this is sub-optimal.

filter=category%3DSvc:ManagedNetworks would be far superior to filter=nodenamelike=%3Dmnt
