Problem creating notifications for syslogd events

Description

I was trying to create a new notification for specify types of syslogd generated events through the admin interface. There is only one event label showing up with "OpenNMS-defined node event: syslogdMessage" and I was expecting to see more than one. I do not seem to be able to select them based on the syslog facility/priority.

After looking at events/Syslogd.events.xml, I would guess the reason for this is that they all have the same event-label of "OpenNMS-defined node event: syslogdMessage".

Attaching patch to update opennms-base-assembly/src/main/filtered/etc/events/Syslogd.events.xml.

Attaching perl script used to generate opennms-base-assembly/src/main/filtered/etc/events/Syslogd.events.xml.

Patch adds syslog facility/priority to the event-label for all syslog events.

There are whitespace differences from formatting from the perl script I used to re-generate all the entries. But those are mainly from the indenting (2 spaces verses spaces+tabs).
