MockSnmpAgent does not parse properly STRING with quotes ""

Description

When walking the following file the MockAgent return the entire STRING with the quotes:

.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.23.1.2.1.1.7.52.1 = STRING: "FastEthernet2"

shoud return FastEthernet2
but return "FastEthernet2"
