Automatically created threshold event description missing % at %parm[all]%

Description

When creating a custom threshold event through the webUI, the description field reads:

Threshold exceeded for SNMP datasource X on interface 0.0.0.0, parms: %parm[all]

It is missing the last % to read %parm[all]%
