Threshold Groups page "Request a reload threshold packages configuration" button produces 404 error on IE9

Description

IE9 is interpreting the relative URL in the Javascript doReload function for this button such that the browser goes to the following:

http://server:8980/opennms/admin/thresholds/admin/thresholds/index.htm?reloadThreshdConfig

instead of the desired

http://server:8980/opennms/admin/thresholds/index.htm?reloadThreshdConfig

Internet Explorer 9 (doesn't matter if the site is a Trusted Site, or if compatibility mode is on or off)
