Graphs not being created in dashboard or reports. Charts display correctly.

Description

Graphs are not being created in reports or on the dashboard. Only a red "X" displays. When looking at jetty.log I see the following entry:

org.springframework.dao.DataRetrievalFailureException: Could not create graph: org.opennms.netmgt.rrd.RrdException: An exception occurred creating the graph: Could not open F:\Program Files\OpenNMS\share\rrd\snmp18tcpInSegs.jrb [non existent]; nested exception is org.opennms.netmgt.rrd.RrdException: An exception occurred creating the graph: Could not open F:\Program Files\OpenNMS\share\rrd\snmp18tcpInSegs.jrb [non existent]

It appears as if OpenNMS is looking in the wrong location for the .jrb files. Not sure what is causing this issue or how to go about fixing it.

Known issue with an open bug, slated to be fixed before 1.10.1 is released.
