Oracle not shown in the list of discoverable services

Description

When I want to add a new node to a certain group, and add a node name and ip interface (thats in Home / Admin / Provisioning Requisitions / Edit Requisition) list of available services are:
DNS,FTP,HTTP,HTTPS,ICMP,IMAP,LDAP,NRPE,POP3,SMTP,SNMP and SSH. I had opennms 1.8 on Debian 6 and the list of services included Oracle, MySQL, DELL OpenManage etc... Those are missing now even though they are defined in poller-configuration.xml and capsd-configuration.xml.

Every service that have TcpMonitor (TcpPlugin) in its class name is not shown ie <monitor service="MySQL" class-name="org.opennms.netmgt.poller.monitors.TcpMonitor" />

Those services doesn't get autodiscovered as well.

Thanks!
