Adding a self defined service in provision group is not working.

Description

I am adding some service(http collector) into capsd.configuration.xml file. but there is no newly added service in drop list of service. it is working well in OpenNMS 1.8.7 release. but not in 1.10.0

Environment

RHEL 6.1/OpenNMS 1.10.0
