Convert OPENNMS-MIB to SMIv2

Description

The rest of the world moved on to SMIv2 a long time ago. We should do the same.

Hehe... I feel a bit silly Yours is better than mine in many ways, since it has conformances and groups which mine lacks.

I think we should drop the SMIv1 version and merge our two SMIv2 versions into one, don't you?

Jeff I've committed on July a version 2 smi mib is in the same directory....and the name of the file is:
opennmsv2c.mib.
