Deletion of surveillance categories via WebUI is broken

Description

The Home / Admin / Categories page (/opennms/admin/categories.htm) has a bug - the delete icons do nothing, so it's impossible to delete surveillance categories through the WebUI. Doesn't work in Chrome 14 or IE 8.

IE 8 throws a script error when clicking on the icon, Chrome just does nothing.

OpenNMS 1.9.91 CentOS 5.6 Google Chrome 14 or IE 8

I have the same failure after updating from 1.10.1 to 1.10.7
