node.jsp Node Interfaces enhancements

Description

Node Interface could use some work to be more usable.

1- no need to display IP Addrs = 0.0.0.0 for the IP Interface tab that I can think of?

2- need an IP Addr displayed on the Physical Tab.
Use case- we have a lot of constant changes going on in our network. On routers, readdressing a router's LAN interface will cause an instance where a duplicate set of the same physical interface/index will appear on the Node Interface list, the difference usually being IP Addr. In order to now confirm the duplication (and delete the ip interface), I have to go into the (showing down) interface.jsp, note which index the IP Addr appears on, back out to node.jsp and look for that index. Again, this is a way I confirm that an interface has been readdressed and delete the IP Interface.

I personally would like to see all colums in one table so I don't have to click around getting information I need. Possibly splitting the page horizontally in two and moving Node Interfaces into a page-wide single table with all columns?

3- opennms.properties setting for entries or table height of Node Interfaces

4- Physical tab- sort by index, or sort by whichever column is selected?

I get that the rows for IP Interfaces/Physical Interfaces match up, so I don't know the best way to mitigate for #1..

To add to #4, a sort across multiple pages would be most ideal. It isn't helpful at all if sort performs on the current page, if you have 20 pages of interface rows.
