"Edit Provisioning Group" page truncates node, service, and category names

Description

When reviewing the node name and names of services and categories assigned to a node in a provisioning group, the names are truncated, sometimes to as few as 10-12 characters. I believe category names in particular can be up to 64 characters long.

This should be fixed in the new provisioning UI. Marking as fixed.

Here's a patch I have from my local repository that increases the sizes for most fields displayed in a provisioning requisition.

I also had added the parent-node label to the fields that can be edited for a provisioned node.
