Santera MIB's to be added to events

Description

Add support for Santera/Genband MIB's for OpenNMS. Most of them contain bad HTML tags in the descr fields of the MIB and has to be fixed manually. Inline HTML is fixed and HTML tags where closed on all places where they are missed and work now find inside OpenNMS.

Environment

Running Gentoo linux as follows: Linux tkx-sna-nms1 2.6.34-gentoo-r11 #1 SMP Mon Oct 11 10:18:42 PDT 2010 x86_64 Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5620 @ 2.40GHz GenuineIntel GNU/Linux

It does not make sense to load this large configurations in every opennms default system. We don't have a external configuration repository right now. We keep this files in this issue and close the pull request unmerged. If you have any objections, please reopen this issue.

This is the crux of the problem.

(17.1.0 output.log)

Caused by: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: cvc-type.3.1.2: Element 'descr' is a simple type, so it must have no element information item [children].

I know in Santera.msf.events.xml-format there are <br> tags that could be causing problems. The other files kick the same error for each as well.

They all pass xmllint so it appears to be a problem with what is included within those elements.

Is it still worth to implement this files?

Some feedback would be nice.

PS: Copy + Paste doesn't work using Github. Extreme large event definitions! My browser crashs...
