When runInPlace.sh script is run it reports "You must run assemble.pl at least once before doing runInPlace.sh!" because it is looking for a directory "../target/opennms-*-SNAPSHOT" which does not get created by default. It should instruct user to run "./assemble.pl -Dbuild.profile=dir" instead so it gets created.

Also, the script returns error on Debian './runInPlace.sh: 12: Syntax error: "(" unexpected' when run under /bin/sh ... needs to use /bin/bash instead.
