Delete Nodes Button is a no-op

Description

Create a provisioning group, add and synchronize a node or 2. Try clicking the delete nodes button and it does nothing.

This appears to have been caused by a commit back on October:

a6da05d388d90df196de136b250201d90e4c4bea

which addressed lack of HTML and Javascript escaping inside the provisioning group UI. This issue was documented in bug .
