Returns the -h screen and:
An error occurred: Nothing to do. Use -h for help.

Fixed, the installer now says:

The 'c' option was deprecated in 1.6, and disabled in 1.8.
You should backup and then drop the database before running install to reset your data.

...if you use -c on the install command-line.
