Script to reload configurations

Description

I've created a simple script to reload configurations via send-event.pl to make config reload user friendlier. The events are implemented from Wiki http://www.opennms.org/wiki/Configuration_Files

Environment

Operating System: All Platform: PC URL: http://www.open-factory.org

Ronny has 2 accounts. One has 3 recent login attempts and 3 failures. Changing issues to his indigo account.

Can somebody point me to the recommended version for the configuration reload event? I've found two different ways

uei.opennms.org/internal/${daemon}ConfigChange

and

uei.opennms.org/internal/reloadDaemonConfig --parm 'daemonName ${daemon}'

I guess one of them is deprecated.

Could be integrated in contribution directory for example.

Changed type to text/plain and removed some unnecessary calls.
