Increasingly notifications are sent to devices capable of displaying more than just a text message. It would be nice to be able to send a graph or other data from OpenNMS as part of it. For instance, I get a notification that the load is high on a server. What is the first thing that the user would do when they receive this? They would go look at the graph maybe to see what built up to it. If we sent that, we would reduce the time to address the issue. And maybe for the less sophisticated device, do a tiny url type thing. Maybe use a dictionary of words to create the URL's to the important data, so that it is easy to remember or type.
