Event configuration for NAGIOS-NOTIFY-MIB

Description

I have a converted the NAGIOS-NOTIFY-MIB (http://www.snmplink.org/cgi-bin/nd/m/Ent/N/Nagios/1.0.0/ and http://sourceforge.net/projects/nagiosplug/files/nagiosmib/1.0.1/nagiosmib-1.0.1.tar.gz/download) to an OpenNMS events XML configuration file via mib2opennms. I had to patch up the result a bit and add one level to the OID mevalues (from .1.3.6.1.4.1.20006 to .1.3.6.1.4.1.20006.1). I changed the UEI to uei.opennms.org/vendor/nagios/traps/* and made the logmsgs more friendly especially for the nHostEvent and nSvcEvent traps. Finally, I set the severity for nHostEvent and nHostNotify to "major" and those for nSvcEvent and nSvcNotify to "minor", in line (I hope) with usual host and service outage events.

I hope this makes interacting with Nagios a bit easier, e.g. by replacing send_nsca on a passive Nagios check with a snmptrap to OpenNMS using those nHostEvent or nSvcEvent traps.

If possible, this should also be included in 1.6.x.

I don't know Nagios... Is this still up to date? Or useful?
