Place this file in

$OPENNMS_HOME/etc/events

and extend the

$OPENNMS_HOME/etc/eventconf.xml

with

<event-file xmlns="">events/MPLS-VPN-MIB.events.xml</event-file>

Restart OpenNMS finished
