categories on home page let me see non authorised devices.

When I log in as a restricted user, my nodes with outages view is restricted.

however the categories view within (24 hour table) lets me click through to see unauthorised devices.

Also I'm seeing the availabilty for devices that aren't relevant to me. Should the availability just bee for the devices and categories I'm permitted to access?
