On to the real reason why I am commenting here.

I have a 'svn diff' which fixes a few more of these:

rob@t61p:~/src/opennms$ svn diff | grep "++" | cut -f 1 | sed -e 's/++ //' | wc -l
18

It doesn't simply do the opennsm<->opennms translation, it also updates the copyright, as I saw you did in the svn repository. I also took the liberty to get rid of the space which is in the address line, such as

• @author <A HREF="http://www.opennsm.org">OpenNMS </A>

Does the documentation program require that space there?
