Hopefully work will begin soon in the WebUI on a feature to that allows the user to define services as a "cross cutting" concern throughout the OpenNMS framework... defining a service will allow a user to configured that service's plugin, monitor, collector, thresholder, notification, etc. without having to deal with the complication of underlying XML and .properties files... (bug creation coming soon). This will be much easier to complete with an XML definition of OpenNMS Graphing. If this is a duplicate bug, my apologies.
