Feature request for Centric integration with Scheduled Outages etc.

Description

I would like to suggest a feature request that would allow not only alarms to be made into Trouble tickets but also Scheduled Outages and Notifications.
By this I mean that an option would be given to allow a new ticket to be created when creating/submitting a Scheduled Outage or acknowledging a notification.
I think this would solve another feature request previously made (if we can reference/correlate ticketID in Centric and OutageID/noticeID) that allows a reason for outage to be set by the NOC user.
