"Neighbour Table Overflow" + "Memory Squeeze"

Description

Running OpenNMS 1.3.2 on CentOS4

Machine has 2 933 mhz processors, 512 mb of Ram

Getting a "neighbour table overflow error"
Also getting a "eth0: Memory squeeze, deferring packet" error

Not sure if these are related or system needs more RAM to clear this up.

hard to say if this is even related to opennms without more info
