Make DCB tftp port examples consistent

Description

A community member, marco_66, pointed out that in the DCB poller docs, the ports specified in the firewall rule example is different from the port used in the Configure TFTP port Karaf command sample. These should be consistent.

 

It may also be worth updating the text to reflect that current versions of Horizon and Meridian ship with CAP_NET_BIND_SERVICE capability, and thus can bind to port 69 without jumping through silly firewall hoops.

Once I read through the original text a handful of times, the original intent became more clear. In the end, the clarification is more around “none of this is necessary, you can run on port 69.”
