Coretex timeseries metatags broken in 33.1.4

Description

I upgraded OpenNMS in my lab from 33.1.3 to 33.1.4 and data collected in victoria metrics (via the Cortex Time Series plugin) stopped including the additional metatags I had configured. Reverting to 33.1.3 immediately adds them back to collected data.

I have a ${OPENNMS_HOME}/etc/opennms.properties.d/timeseries.properties file that looks like this:

With 33.1.4 I only see mtype nad resourceId labels, with 33.1.3 I see those plus ifDescr, ifName, ipAddress, location, and node.

Opennms 33.1.[3-4] installed on a local k8s cluster monitoring a few local devices
