We can use the Meridian system ID as one important point of identification and authentication for the Zenith Connect process. The is the id in the monitoringsystems table.

In the initial registration, this should be populated in the registration call to Zenith. Currently there is just a fake value being used which the user can overwrite; this should be replaced with the actual value.

The system ID could be retrieved and returned as part of the Menu Rest V2 API, unless it makes more sense to put it elsewhere.
