The Keycloak Refresh Token created in and stored in should be used by gRPC when exporting BSM and/or Single Pane of Glass data to Zenith.

The Refresh Token should be used to get Access Tokens which are sent in each gRPC call.

It’s possible a Keycloak library will be needed to facilitate this; could be part of this issue or else can open a separate one.

This will also help us understand if this token exchange process makes sense.
