Implement an initial UI proof of concept on the Meridian side for Zenith Connect.

Should have a way to register a Meridian user/instance with Zenith, navigate to Zenith/Keycloak and have a callback URL to accept the Keycloak token. Should also have a screen to view current Zenith/Meridian connections and a button to send data.
