I’ve have had these collecting ( ) dust in a personal repo for several years. Since I already split out jdbc-datacollection-config.xml in https://opennms.atlassian.net/browse/NMS-16950 and had a recent discussion about JDBC datacollection on my mind, now was as good a time as any to contribute these to the project.
