Method to secure the snmp user credential in opennms 29.0.6

Description

One of our customer who is using opennms 29.0.6 is looking for a method to secure the snmp user credential and scv cmds from karaf shell is not available, is it possible to install any additional package to enable scv cmds ? and we see scv is enabled from opennms 31 onwards what is the correct procedure for securing the snmp user credentials.

As described in the docs, SCV credentials are created in the WebUI and accessed as a metadata expression utilizing their alias, e.g. ${scv:alias:username} , ${scv:alias:password}

Versions prior to the implementation of SCV only have the option of storing SNMP credentials using plain text.
