After reviewing the poller logs and the previous ticket related to this issue, as well as discussing the "INFO" messages with the team, we have confirmed that the message "Another service is currently holding the lock" does not indicate any system issues or failures. It simply indicates that the resource is scheduled for use but is temporarily unavailable.

While this message is not problematic, we believe it would be more appropriate to move it to a different log level. These messages are not critical to the poller’s operation and do not require visibility at the "INFO" level, which is typically reserved for important system events.

As a result, we are creating this internal ticket to request that the engineering team update the log level for these messages to something more appropriate, such as "DEBUG" or "TRACE", to avoid unnecessary clutter in the main logs.
