Create a smoke test that validates Grafana connection

Description

In order to avoid any new failures related to grafana reports, we need to add a test case that at least checks for a grafana connection and validates that it could connect to grafana.

We may have to add a testcontainer for grafana, create a token and use that token to connect to grafana.
