Ops Panel displays the XML special characters as escaped sequence rather than the special character as it is when they are enclosed in a parameter as an octet string type in a trap. For example,

where as Ops board displays those characters as it is. So do Events/Alarms table. Only Ops Panel doesn’t display the escaped sequence properly after the parameter token is expanded.
