VMware import handler is not sending requests through Minion

Description

Setting up an external requisition to perform a VMware import and assigning a custom option to use a specific monitoring location (adding location=SITE parameter) does not send the provisioning tasks to the assigned Minion(s). The provisiond log indicates that the task is still handled by the core instance.

It looks like there are a bunch of problems and I fixed only one of them. The UI does not to handle the location parameter and also credentials stored in SCV does not seem to reach the minion properly.
