Enabling serviceUnresponsiveEnabled option in Pollerd has no effect on outage creation
Description
After setting option serviceUnresponsiveEnabled to truein pollerd-configuration.xml and restarted opennms, service outage is still getting created and there’s no event uei.opennms.org/nodes/serviceUnresponsive being generated.
Logs
When polling manually in Karaf, it waited for the timeout to elapse then it showed that the result is Down. However, it should be a timeout.
To get a timeout, I purposely change the read community in the host to something else than public. So, SNMP is still reachable but no response would be received.
